Switch in 5 steps without losing an order

  1. 1

    Create your “Fetch Menu” key

In your GloriaFood admin: Others, then 3rd party integrations, then Enabled integrations. Pick the “Fetch Menu” template and generate the key. It gives access to your menu only, not your orders.

  2. 2

    Send us the key

We import your menu and set up your site, opening hours and delivery zones. You check the prices before anything goes live.

  3. 3

    Test side by side

GloriaFood stays live while you place test orders on GlorEat.

  4. 4

    Switch over

Replace the ordering link on your website, Google, Facebook and Instagram, and point your domain name to GlorEat.

  5. 5

Close GloriaFood before 30 April 2027

Replace QR codes that pointed to a GloriaFood address, export anything you want to keep, then close your account.

What the “Fetch Menu” key does not include

  • Dish photos: they are not part of the data the key shares. We add them for you from your files.
  • Your customers and order history: export what you want to keep from your GloriaFood admin before closing the account.
  • Your promo codes: we recreate them with you in GlorEat.

What does it cost?

€30 a month, 0% commission, unlimited orders. Migrating from GloriaFood is free. 7-day trial with nothing charged, no contract.

Questions about the end of GloriaFood

When does GloriaFood shut down?

On 30 April 2027, according to the official notice on gloriafood.com. Existing accounts keep working until then.

Do I have to retype my menu?

No. With the “Fetch Menu” key you create in GloriaFood, we pull your categories, items, sizes, prices, options and allergens directly. Only photos need adding, and we take care of that.

How much does the migration cost?

Nothing. Our team sets up your site for free. You then pay the subscription, from €30 a month, with no commission on your orders.

Can I keep my domain name and QR codes?

Yes, if you own the domain: we connect it to your new site, and the links and QR codes that use it keep working. QR codes that lead to a GloriaFood address will need replacing.

When should I switch?

As early as you can. You can run GlorEat and GloriaFood side by side while you test, and you avoid the last-minute rush when every restaurant switches at once.

Do I need new hardware?

Usually not: a tablet or computer is enough to receive orders. A ticket printer is recommended.

GloriaFood is shutting down. Your orders aren't.

Send us your GloriaFood link: we plan your migration and show you your new site before you switch.
